Evolve Gynecology is a boutique gynecology practice in Las Vegas founded to create a warm, respectful environment where patients can better understand their health and feel supported in their care. We provide patient centered education, assessment, and treatment plans using up to date evidence based medicine. Patients from all backgrounds are welcome, and comfort remains our first priority.

Dr. Toni Hodges-Wills (she/her) is a board-certified gynecologist in Las Vegas with a deep passion for women’s health and patient advocacy. A Las Vegas native, she is proud to care for the community she calls home by providing respectful, inclusive, and evidence-based gynecology services. Her areas of special focus include adolescent gynecology, birth control counseling, reproductive health education, and menopause care.
Known for her warm approach and honest communication, Dr. Hodges-Wills believes in empowering patients through knowledge and choice. She collaborates closely with a trusted network of specialists and takes a team-based approach to managing complex gynecologic conditions. Her goal is for every patient to feel supported, understood, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
Dr. Hodges-Wills earned her medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Sunrise Health Graduate Medical Education Consortium at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. An enthusiastic and dedicated teacher as well as a lifelong learner, she believes that educating the next generation of physicians is essential to providing exceptional care in the Las Vegas Valley. She holds hospital privileges at Mountain View Hospital, where resident physicians are actively involved in patient care.
She is board-certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG), and a Certified Menopause Practitioner through The Menopause Society (MSCP) — one of only a few gynecologists in Las Vegas with this distinction.
When not in the office, Dr. Hodges-Wills enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves gardening, snowboarding, watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films, and cheering on her children in their many sports and musical pursuits.
PA Kari is our board-certified Physician Assistant with a background in family medicine and primary care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2023 as well as Master of Health Science, both from Touro University Nevada. Her clinical approach is rooted in comprehensive, patient-centered care, with a strong focus on prevention, longevity, and truly individualized treatment plans. She enjoy caring for the whole person, not just isolated symptoms, and takes pride in helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their health decisions.
Her experience in rural medicine taught her how to be resourceful, attentive, and deeply present with each patient, skills that translate beautifully into a concierge setting where care should feel both elevated and personal. She values building genuine relationships and creating a space where patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to care, blending clinical precision with a warm, approachable style. In addition to her experience in human healthcare, she has spent time working in veterinary medicine and has a deep love for all animals. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her entire family, including the 4-legged ones.
Abril is our office administrator and lead medical assistant extraordinaire. She has 5 years’ experience in gynecology, a field she chose because of her genuine passion for women’s health. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in advocating for her own care. Through her role, she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey. Abril has worked with Dr. Hodges for 4 years and is an integral part of our patients’ care plan. She is the first smile you will see when you visit Evolve Gynecology and is committed to making sure your experience is positive from the moment you walk through the door until you leave your visit.
Liz is the friendly voice behind our patient care coordinator. Women’s health is important to her because she believes women deserve compassionate, personalized care that addresses not only physical health, but also reproductive health. She has worked in healthcare for 15 years and has a certificate in business administration. She applies this professional experience to her work here at Evolve, where she ensures that our patients receive an elevated experience from start to finish. Outside of her professional life, she values time spent with her family, especially enjoying meaningful moments with her children. Whether gathering for conversations, or simply being together, these connections are an important and fulfilling part of her life.
